While walk-up foot traffic is limited, vendors are encouraged to stand out with personalized flags, colorful tents, inviting seating, and strong curb appeal to turn drive-by traffic into hungry customers.
On event days, customer parking is available in the grassy rear portion of the commercial lot, ensuring convenient access for guests.
The Galley is open seven days a week, with the park closing no later than 10:00 PM. Vendors must be fully self-contained: generators are required, and food trucks may not remain parked overnight.
Daily vendor parking is $30 per day, with adjusted rates available for weekly and monthly reservations.
With a smaller, curated vendor lineup, each food truck benefits from increased visibility, stronger customer connections, and more opportunities to build a loyal following throughout Brunswick, St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, and surrounding communities.

Each food truck operating at The Galley Food Truck Park is an independent small business. Every owner/operator manages their own menu, pricing, and sets their own hours of operation based on what works best for their business.
Parking
Parking at The Galley Food Truck Park is available to approved owner/operators seven days a week, with the park closing daily at 9:00 PM. This structure allows vendors flexibility while maintaining consistent operating standards for the park as a whole.
